Staples — Local services in Bozeman

I needed to purchase a replacement toner cartridge. I was approached by an employee who asked if I needed assistance. Thinking that I would easily locate the necessary cartridge, just like a driver refusing to ask directions, I waved him off and said I would get back to him if I needed help. The next thing I knew, I was surrounded by all manner of replacement ink and toner supplies, but I was having trouble locating the toner cartridges. Thankfully, that same employee was walking down the aisle where I was likely looking like a little lost lamb. He could see that I needed assistance, so he came straight toward me. He walked me to the exact area I needed to be, then started looking for the exact cartridge I needed. He found what appeared to be the correct cartridge, but then decided to look further. Luckily, he found another cartridge that was an exact fit, and much cheaper than the first one. I proceeded to the cashier's workstation, paid for the product, and got a bunch of reward points to put toward a future purchase. I shop at this Staples pretty much exclusively because they're friendly and helpful, and because I know my way around well enough that it's quick. But today I got service over and above. When I pulled in to park, I apparently caught the bumper of my car on the curb. Didn't know it until I backed out -- and tore the bumper loose. I was looking it over wondering how to fix it, when a Staples employee on his way into work stopped by to help. He managed to get things snapped back into place, and then came up with some duct tape to hold the underneath apron up until I got home. Oh my god. The salesman said the printer was easy to setup. I spent 4 hours and was unsuccessful. Of course they would not take it back due to a rigid return policy after I was unable to get it back in their allocated time.When I brought it in the salesman was helpful but doubt I’ll ever get it installed. Recommend not using a store where you buy something that clearly is dysfunctional and you can not return it. Money flushed down the drain.

This was apparently never posted but I stand by it. I just went in to buy an ink cartridge. So at staples it was 27 and then I found out at Target it was 20. Again forget it. If you own stock recommend selling your Staple's now. Quality fair but...
