This is an "extended stay" place with stovetop and full fized fridge, but BYO cooking gear, plates, etc. When I stay at a MyPlace I bring my camp cookset and utensils. You can buy such at the Target down the street but the economics don't make as much sense.|If you know one MyPlace, you know them all, except for the staff. In Bozeman, they are a great friendly and helpful crew. I was there for 3 weeks and each of them was pleasant and helpful. They also do a great job keeping the 24/7 lobby coffee brewed.||Bozeman has changed in the decade I have been visiting. MyPlace used to be cheap, but then when prices popped post covid, became less attractive than some of the competition. I also stayed in cheaper Belgrade. But prices here have come down and are quite competitive.|I go off hiking all day and enjoy making simple meals in the morning and evening. The rooms on the north side have a lot of highway noise - I keep the "constant fan" on high on the AC - but with that I hard almost no noise from neighbors, and I sleep well to white noise. You get a great view of the Bridger mountains on that side. The south side is quiet but the view is blah. You used to be able to see the distant Gallatin range but there's been a lot of building across the street and it's sort of ugly now, in terms of the view.|There is a nearby shopping area with a Winco grocery store which is well stocked, cheap, but takes only cash/debit. All sorts of stores if you...
Read moreThis is quite possibly the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. We drove 10 hours from Seattle Washington to attend a wedding in Bozeman. We arrived after 4 and were told that our rooms would not be ready for 30 to 45 minutes. Check in time is 3 PM. The front desk lady was so rude no apologies were given and then we watched and listened to the The hotel manager yell at another customer at the front desk. I started calling around for other hotel rooms in the area and quickly realized that most all were cheaper in price and offered more amenities . But because this was the hotel that the wedding party was going to stay at we waited in the parking lot and 88° weather with my terminally ill mother. Still no apologies no discount on the rooms as promised we payed full price / there are so many other hotels in this area I would recommend staying far away from this place . We have stayed at my place hotels all over the United States and never have been treated like we were here they need to invest in some customer service training starting from the top down however big shout out to Raven who was very kind and courteous understanding and a lovely lovely girl You should be very thankful that you have such a person working customer service at this facility it's the only thing you have...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel just last night on August 1st, 2025. I stood at the counter for a while (10 minutes?) waiting to be helped at around 6 pm. I finally called the hotel number to get a hold of someone to help me, and there was a woman in the office right next to the front desk who answered the phone from back there. She had been sitting there all along-not checking to see if someone was waiting! She was moderately helpful, though she did swear several times both at the computer and at the incoming calls. This is why this place gets such a low service score from me. She also told us not to get their breakfast at the hotel because it’s frozen and “nobody wants a frozen breakfast.” Upon trying to check out this morning, I, again, waited several minutes at an empty front desk area. This time the gentleman working was restocking the small grocery store area to the left of the front desk. I finally yelled out to see if anyone could help me. There should be a bell or something that customers can ring to get the attention of the staff here as it’s not intuitive for them to keep an eye out for customers apparently. Our room was clean and the hotel was relatively quiet, so we were happy with that part...
