Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bozeman

I stopped here around 9 pm as I was moving cross country because it was near the interstate and there was space nearby in the Costco lot for the Uhaul and trailer. I placed my order at the kiosk, then used the restroom briefly. When I came out the employees were interacting loudly and working on drive thru customers, but did not call my name or order. There was no order for me at the counter either. I waited, and waited, and it became clear after 5 minutes that the employees were ignoring me and hiding in the back. I waited an additional 10 minutes-still no service, and no employees willing to show themselves. Not sure what I did to deserve it, but they could be clearly overheard mocking me, laughing, and they very deliberately hid out of sight and refused to come to the counter to provide service. I was tired, just wanted something quick to eat, and, despite having paid at the stupid kiosk with my credit card, I said the hell with it, hopped back in the Uhaul, and took it to the other Taco Bell in town. I was able to get something to eat there by eating in, then getting back on the interstate to continue my move. I have disputed the charge for this trashy no-service location with my credit card company, and I wouldn't advise anyone stop here if they want professional service from competent, considerate individuals. The staff at work that evening, I believe it was two younger females and one younger male, were grossly unprofessional, disrespectful, and provided no service. I had the chance to meet Jamie, a newer manager-in-training yesterday. As soon as my young son and I placed our order at the kiosk, she asked if we had ordered drinks. We had and she offered to give us our cups while we waited for our food order to be prepared. She was friendly, welcoming and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in.

I also noticed Jamie was cleaning tables in between customer orders. She even went so far as to clean the bottoms of the tables and the table stands with a sponge and bucket of water.

One could tell that Jamie was genuinely glad to be a part of the team and she wanted to make sure every customer was satisfied with their experience. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a fast-food restaurant. Please do whatever it takes to ensure Jamie stays a part of your team. She will keep customers coming back. 7/25/25 5:30pm I'm currently pregnant and eating has been an absolute CHALLENGE for me lately. The staff was super friendly, I ordered a Dr. pepper, they informed me they dont sell it but recommended a couple different options including cherry Pepsi. Which I have never even wanted to try but why not today? Best decision I've made recently. The Chicken taco was hot, the lettuce and cheese were good amounts. The quesadilla was perfect amounts of cheese and chicken. This was just a wonderful experience for someone who would've cried if a single thing wouldnt have been up to standard and I can't appreciate it enough.
