I went in to return something and from the moment I walked up to the “Customer Service” counter I felt like an inconvenience. This was the worst return experience I have ever had. They make you fill out a form for what and why you’re returning it. I didn’t have the credit card that was used to purchase because it was my boss who purchased it for the office. When I told, Deb, the manager that I did not have the card on me and asked if we could do cash back she sighed and said “well I guess we’ll have to do cash”. She gave me the return receipt and when I asked for the original she said I couldn’t have it back because they keep it for their records? I have never had a store not give me my original receipt back. When I asked for a copy of the receipt she, once again sighed as if this whole encounter was an inconvenience for her, and walked away to go make a photocopy of the receipt to give back to. I was initially excited about the opening of this location, especially since it's so convenient to my home, and I've been shopping here regularly. However, I've often found that many of the items I'm looking for are either out of stock or unavailable, which is frustrating. The produce selection, in particular, could use improvement, as it tends to be limited. Additionally, I find the prices to be quite high, especially when compared to other local options like Rosauers, which offers more competitive pricing. I would love to shop here more often, but I believe an expanded selection and more reasonable prices would make a significant difference in my overall shopping experience....

Beautiful, well appointed store HOWEVER; a couple of very inconvenient design flaws. 1: Only one curbing cut 10 feet wide located at front of store. Pushing cart elsewhere requires “jumping” cart full of groceries over curb drop. Not safe for seniors or disabled. Whole Foods Grocery has the best store entry design. 2: No return cart cribs necessitating returning cart to inside store. Ample parking lot extends East at least 100 yards so quit a distance for cart return if parked at perimeter. For these reasons I will find it inconvenient to shop at this store and I am not at all handicapped...
