Spent an hour here with my daughter. We made a reservation online ahead of time and paid in the store. If you’re like me, it helps to know what to expect. We did not have any trouble with the check-in. The one staff person available was very friendly, even though there’s clearly lots happening with the café and the store. She escorted us upstairs to a very large room where there were 8 cats, lots of cat toys, beautiful plants, a restroom, tables and chairs (many types of seating). We washed our hands and then my daughter sat down to wait for the cats to come to her. Some did and some didn’t, but they’re obviously well taken care of. The treat machine needs 2 quarters on EACH side ($1 total) to purchase a little plastic ball with treats inside. I’m mentioning this because even though the woman clearly explained it and there were written directions, my daughter (almost 12) got confused. Each ball had enough treats to give one to each cat. Bob was treat-aggressive (for a cat). We had a lovely hour. I was anxious in not knowing what to expect (and then being worried that we broke the treat machine), but I will be able to relax next time because now I know how the whole thing works. My daughter loves cats, but we cannot have them, so this was a great experience for her and she’s looking forward to returning. This is a truly lovely idea and the shop looked super cute. We will have to come with enough time to browse next time.

This place is SO FUN!!! We loved our experience here! First of all, the cat Cafe is upstairs but you have to check in downstairs and pay ($9/pp) before going up. Make sure you book online before going as well! The downstairs is a fun plant store with tons of stickers and fun planters and plants. The prices are a bit steep for plants but they're beautiful and well taken care of. There is a cafe/food spots outside of the cat cafe/plant shop that you can bring in. There were about 5 resident cats there on a Saturday and the other cages were empty because the cats were adopted which was awesome. The cats are so sweet and cuddly. They are obviously in heaven here! There were only about 4-5 people at a time in the cafe which was great. I do wish they had more cats but it was awesome that most of them are getting adopted. The hour was so fun and relaxing! Highly recommend.

This cat cafe is an absolute treasure in Bozeman. Greeted by a friendly, lovely associate downstairs, we were escorted upstairs to the cafe, introduced to all the kitties, and spent an hour smiling. The atmosphere is serene, the cats, friendly, and the abundant feline art pieces are so much fun. This was a perfect way to spend a little time decompressing and relaxing with some new little friends. We indulged in purchasing some treats which made us very popular with the residents. The cats were well-groomed with the softest, silkiest fur, they were happy, and they welcomed petting and some friendly scritches. Bob even jumped in my lap for some extra affection. We loved our afternoon here and recommend a visit to anyone who enjoys cats or misses their pets.

I love cat cafes and I really wanted to love this one. The positives are the cats, of course. And it is a beautiful place to go and sit with the cats. But the check in is a pain. You have to wait at the store at the bottom to be able to pay and check in. In addition, it’s completely unclear that this is what you need to do and where it even is. The day we went the store was swamped and there was only one person working as far as we could tell. We had to wait in line while people made their purchases before we even knew where to go or what to do. They need to make the process much more clear. It would also be helpful if, when making the reservation online, you could pay for it at the time. I think there is potential here, but they need to make things more streamlined and less of an after thought. Either your a cat cafe or your a...
