I love my time at Liberty Burger. Consistently the food and service are so good! I appreciate having an easily accessible good food option for my busy sched. I look forward to eating there each week.
However today around 7p I saw some interactions between a young female cooking staff with two older larger male cooking staff in the fryer grille area that concerned me.
I looked up to see one of the males twisting the arm of the female to which she responded by hitting him w her fist w some force. She had to hit him several times for him to let go. She then attempted to leave the kiosk and the other male staff member grabbed the back of her shirt and took a large step backwards and forcibly yanked her backwards. She awkwardly stepped back, turned and then punched both males in the arm. Then she exited the kiosk.
Sometime later I observed one of the males using the point of his elbow to hit the female's trapezious muscle similar to a massage action while she was preparing food.
My concern is the female may not feel she can say anything as these are her coworkers who are older males.
Aside from this, I do not want to observe this kind of action from people who are cooking my food. It makes me wonder if the female is safe. It is dangerous to rough house in a small space w fryers and grilles.
All the restaurants I have worked at have a strict no touch policy to prevent harassment, bullying and maintain physical safety.
Thank you Sabrina...
Read moreJust got home after eating at Liberty Burger in the Market near Sidewinders on Huffine. We are from Bozeman and have seen burger places come and go or offer an expensive a-la-carte menu that falls short. The restaurant is more of a "kiosk" located between two other restaurant spaces and the seating surrounds the "kiosk" and has an almost "fancy food court" feel. The menu is diverse in its offerings but not so complicated that it makes it impossible for those cooking to deliver. Service was friendly as we placed our orders. My wife ordered the "Liberty" burger and I ordered "The Nooner" burger. We ordered two orders of fries and a side of "O Rings (thick-sliced onion rings with seasoned breading). I ordered a custard Oreo shake and she ordered a Coke. Business was steady and yet our food was prepared accurately and efficiently. After eating our burgers we agreed that they were delicious. The burger wasn't overcooked nor was it raw, the fries (shoestring style) were tasty and there were plenty of them, and the custard shake was a perfect dessert. The only part of the meal we did not completely enjoy was the onion rings and that was more due to our specific tastes in onion rings. We found them well-seasoned but the onion almost overpowered the breading and we prefer more thinly sliced and smaller onion rings. Overall, we would highly recommend Liberty Burger and would rank it in the top 3 of Bozeman burger...
Read moreBoth my girlfriend and I decided to come in and have some lunch. We settled on the nooner, very horrible. Bacon- cold. Ham- cold. Egg- very cold. Hash browns- cold and looked old. It just feels like there’s a lot of items on the menu and feels like it’s all fridge kept. The only thing that was hot was the patties but under-seasoned if even. The person taking orders was unpleasant and cold. The fact that we ordered on your starting hour I’d hate to see the byproducts of your busy hours. That or if it’s a matter of how you are taking the steps of cooking/building your burgers. Patty/bacon/hashbrown when it’s about ready cheese/egg/ham GRILL IT. BUILD IT = hot yummy sammy don’t forget to season. Onion rings were the only things nicely seasoned and HOT. Embarrassing. Based on reviews we were expecting mediocre burgers and...
