Starbucks — Restaurant in Bradenton

This starbucks drive thru is very busy as most of their services seem to be through the drive thru. Most likely, due to the small parking lot as well as inside. Went inside to order and it took a bit longer than usual to receive my coffee etc..because everyone was so focused on the drive-through. Tables and floors seemed as if no one had cleaned them since the morning or night before..however I arrived around 830pm 1 and a half hours before close so mabe this is to be expected later in the evening after a busy day. I do feel as if other Starbucks get tables wiped clean and floors mopped on a more regular basis during the day. Coffee and other items seem the same as other locations. This location is positioned on the corner of a fairly busy intersection and cumbersome to get to, and parking is limited, so you may want to reserve this location as a drive-through spot to get your caffeine fix as well as your pastry or sandwich etc...when on the go for a more...

Today wasn't bad, but I went in there one day a couple of months ago and the girl behind the counter dropped something she was making. It hit the floor, the drink splashed up and over the counter, all down the front of me, down my legs, on my feet, and on my shoes. What a mess! She left the area and came back with a bucket and mop and started wiping the floor behind the counter. She didn't even look around to see if this had affected anyone. I asked if I could have some toweling to wipe some of the mess off of my clothing, legs, feet, and shoes . She looked at me, handed me a napkin and said, "Oops, sorry". Let me start by saying I LOVE STARBUCKS. However this location today was so disappointing. They couldn't figure out how to enter my order. I didn't order anything complicated. My order was an Iced Venti Mocha Macchiato with coconut milk. I am LACTOSE intolerant. Got that squared away. Get up to the window and they hand me a grande. They remake my drink, which is great. I pull away. I get to work I am halfway through my drink which was ok. It had a ton of caramel in it which I said not to do and I didn't notice that they remade it with MILK. There was so much caramel and mocha that I didn't notice until my stomach started twisting in pain!!!! When someone orders a drink with MILK ALTERNATIVE there is a reason. I will NEVER go to this...
