Ace Hardware is one of my favorite places to shop. I was shopping online for a Garden Weasel Cultivator to get weeds out of my garden... Many options came up, but ONLY Ace had it in stock.. Well.... come to find out, it wasn't in stock, but a sales associate that I spoke to on the phone, (her name was Chris) informed me that if I order it online and have it shipped to the store, it would be there Thursday by 1pm.... so I went online and ordered on Tuesday, and on Thursday(2 days later) I received a phone call at 1:04pm telling me my Garden Weasel had arrived and was ready for pick-up... When I arrived I spoke to Bob... very friendly staff.. they all wanted to help me find something..., and of course I found a few things.. they Bob informed me of the Ace Rewards... so of course I signed up.... it's gonna save me money, and give me discounts... The owner, John Vannelli, used my Ace Rewards data to track me down and called me in a threatening manner because I removed two boxes of candy that were almost a year expired and put them on the checkout counter. I had already had a bite from one of the expired candies that I bought and quickly realized they were bad. I explained that I was trying to keep his store from receiving a fine or a law suit for selling expired food. I also wanted to keep other customers from buying it and getting sick. He threatened to have me arrested “for taking boxes off his shelf” 😳 and wanted to get me fired from my job. I think he thought I worked for Ace Hardware. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I have the threatening voicemail he sent me. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional. I would think that this is not the kind of people that Ace Hardware Corp wants to own...

They definitely have quite the selection and will sure to have what you are looking for. The Staff alone made my stop here 5 stars and nothing less. I had what I needed, paid, and was loaded just as quick without asking for any help. Top notch guys here.
