Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bradford

Took my family out to have dinner because we don’t have a Pizza Hut in our town anymore (we drove about an half hour). The staff was every unprofessional, they argued about who was going going to serve us… right in front of us. Our waiter rushed us as soon as we were seated. We ordered our food and they gave us everything in the wrong order. We got our wings, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, pizza, then our salads. We were a party of 4 and only 2 of us got our salads. The other two salads had chicken so apparently that’s what we we’re waiting on. It should have only taken a few minutes to warm the already cooked chicken up… salads are the most basic thing to make. Not once we’re we’re checked up on or asked if we needed any refills, we all had empty cups. Our waiter went around to other tables to check in on them and skipped over us. By the time we were done eating I went to the register to pay and that’s when our waiter decided to give us our salads. I didn’t want them at that point especially when I saw him showing his co workers the chicken he was going to serve and laughing about in the kitchen. I definitely won’t be taking my family to that...

The only reason I gave an overall four rating is because of the wonderful worker that took care of us, and because the not so great food was made properly and accurately. The food was just kind of blah, for the most part. But, that's nothing to do with how it was prepared. Like a lot of food, the quality of Pizza Hut food just seems to have gone downhill. It looks great, but doesn't taste the way it used to. This is not something an individual Pizza Hut, or any cook at Pizza Hut can fix. This is something that has to be addressed at the highest levels and by those responsible for creating the food that goes to all the Pizza Huts to prepare the final products. We ordered two pizzas, taco and stuffed crust, family order of bread sticks and three drinks. The drinks tasted terrible either the water is bad or the machine needs cleaned. Then our waitress forgot to put in the order for our bread sticks. When we got our pizza we got the wrong toppings on the taco pizza and sent it back. Then our bread sticks came and it was a small order of cheese sticks, wrong again. A couple of minutes later our pizza comes back and it is the same pizza with the correct toppings added on top of the old pizza. When confronted about the pizza the waitress denied anything was wrong and looked at me like I was a jerk, even after all her screw ups. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE...
