CVS — Local services in Braidwood

Would give less then 1 star if possible. For the second time in 4 months I have called to check on a prescription only to be told that not only did they not have it available but that they called and left a voicemail. I never received a phone call or voicemail either time. It's important to say these were prescriptions for my new born son and we're time sensitive.

In another situation I called about a prescription, again for my son, and was told that the doctor never called in the prescription. When I called the doctor's office they called into CVS directly while I waited and man they spoke to told them that they had received the prescription the first time but didn't fill it because of insurance issues and that they called me and left a voicemail to let me know. In this situation they lied directly to me and to the doctor's office.

I am transferring all my prescriptions to Walmart and won't be doing any business with another CVS again. They really killed the home town feeling when they bought out Doc's and it's a shame that such a nationally known company would...

1 star is overly generous!! Would have been a -10 if the rating was available. Attempted to pick up a prescription and apply a "Good Rx" discount card uploaded from my phone. Their building has a flat metal reinforced roof, with absolutely no cell coverage. I asked why there was no "WI-FI" in the building for customer use. They couldn't answer that. I told them to keep the Rx. I almost feel as if I was being indirectly discouraged from using a discount system which would have lowered my cost by 134.00 and change. A Multi Billion dollar corporation (CVS) and can't install a WI-FI for customer use? Now you know why they're a Multi Billion dollar...

Danny the manager is EXCELLENT at his job! SO knowledgeable and so kind and helpful and courteous! Always well groomed and pleasant! He is the biggest asset at CVS! Great personality! Great smile! Ashley M. is an asset as well in the pharmacy. Always smiling and knows what she is doing.
