I made a pit-stop at the Braintree Town Hall just after sunrise. It had just rained so the sun was reflecting off everything making it extremely bright. Living in Braintree for 30 plus years and whenever I deal with the town it is GREAT. The staff are amazing. So professional and willing to connect in a relatable way. Yesterday I spoke with Louise in Planning - she was so kind and helpful. Today Nate helped me with my water meter and explained so much to me. (I love the new water meter app!)
