I like the deals on some things , but I think the waiting in a long line with 15 registers and only 3 open and plenty of employees standing around in the area Needs Manager attention to make the shopping experience more of a better experience . Also I would like to mention that when leaving the store the shopping carriage wheels lock up and You stop suddenly and bang into the carriage, I hope you will let Customers know ahead of time, So nothing WORSE happens when the carriages stop short !! It's a Dangerous and Saftey issue that should be Addressed immediately !!!!!!! Exspecially with the holidays coming, And Lawsuit happy people don't take advantage of the opportunity after yesterday's experience with the register experience and the shopping carriage incident... I don't see myself going back...

Nice shopping center. A store for everyone. Shaws for groceries. Marshalls for clothing and home decor. Micheals for the hobbyists. Hair and nail salons. Game Stop. Post office. Liquor store. Subway. Burger King and a few other restaurants.

It is also fairly close to the Red line station. Most should have little trouble making a walk...

Not the most well laid out parking lot. A lot of near misses and cars being funneled into awkward routes. I think getting a traffic analysis and maybe redoing the patterns would help alleviate some of the confusing and bottlenecks. Braintree isn't getting smaller anytime soon.
