DO NOT purchase the "extended" warranty, thry do not honor it. I was told that they had no PS4's to replace mine nor did they mention to bring it in to look at it. They took my info and said they would contact me when a replacement was in stock, that was 3 months ago... I have since replaced the hard drive on my own. I called several times, getting the run around from several different people. No wonder your business model is failing, your customers service is terrible. GameStops like all used video game stores are at the mercy of what gets traded in. With that being said, this location in my experience has been pretty good with inventory and the employees here are knowledgeable, helpful and polite which unfortunately I can't say about all retail stores. Bigger space, easy to park. Not reinventing the wheel and while GameStop does have some policies that are not right, this location is one of the better...
