I just had the most awesome experience with Janelle Kujawski at the Brandon mall in Brandon florida working at a kiosk at Banter by Piercing Pagoda today! I had to replace a silver hooped earring that I lost that my wife bought me almost 7 years ago and Janelle made it happen by having a great attitude and provided me with several options and she also blessed me with some education about earrings as well! That said, Janelle hooked me up with a pair of earrings that fit my style and my budget! Since I am a disabled Marine on a fixed income, my pockets aren't as deep as I would like for them to be, so Janelle also hooked me up with a great military discount by using ID-ME of which I was not aware of! I humbly appreciate Janelles' attention to detail and phenomenal customer service mannerism! Janelle showed enthusiasm and had a lot of energy while helping me make a small purchase that actually made my day and my experience a great one! Janelle is definitely an asset to the Banter organization and you guys are lucky to have her! So long story my daughter (4) went to a piercer shop for her left ear (Read and heard so much bad rep about piercing guns, even though mine were done with them, that I wanted my daughter to be done at a piercer/tattoo shop. It was so painful that she would not let the guy touch her other ear. (Though she would throw a tantrum when leaving because she wanted to get her other earring done) Other tattoo/piercing studios would not do children under 6/8/12 years old. So she would either be walking around with one ear or I could try another place. My hubs and I decided just to get it done with the gun as we don’t think she’ll let another piercer so it.
