I want to commend the wonderful team at the Häagen‑Dazs location in Brandon Mall, especially Gemma, for their outstanding customer service.

Thanks to being on a statin, I’ve made it a weekend tradition to treat myself to a chocolate milkshake here—and I always receive an exceptional experience.

Gemma consistently anticipates my visit—often starting to scoop my order as I arrive. Even when she’s not on shift, the other team members know and prepare my order just as warmly and professionally.

This level of care, familiarity, and dedication makes me feel like more than just a customer. Their team transforms a simple chocolate milkshake into a highlight of my week.

Gemma’s enthusiasm and leadership, and the entire staff’s awareness of regulars like me, truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer hospitality.

We had an amazing experience at this location. We were in the mall and saw the store at a corner an decided to go in since we always purchase it at our local supermarket. We were a party of 4 and we all just love the same ice cream flavor, Swiss Chocolate Almond. We did not see it on the display and I asked one of the employees about it and he said: " We have it in the back". He went and grabbed it for us and served all four really quick. I want to give a shout out to Jason for his amazing customer service and for taking care of us in such a wonderful way! Good ice cream flavors and Busy location of course, since it’s inside the mall. Only giving a two star review because the manager— Brian charged us $30 for a large sundae and a small smoothie -_-. Called to see if we can get a refund and spoke with an associate named Joseph— he told me that they can only refund at the store so I drove 30 mins to this location to only find out the manager was able to do refunds electronically. Long story short, check your charges and get your receipts before leaving the store and save yourself the hassle because apparently not everyone is on the same page when it comes to company...
