Dr. Sipp is quite caring and happy to take the time to thoroughly answer each question, which I greatly appreciate. When I went in for a cleaning he was patient as I asked about toothpaste, toothbrushes and other topics such home-made options instead of store bought. He took each question seriously and gave educated, thought out answers. The whole staff is also very welcoming and caring. Everyone there is ready to help or answer any concerns. When I walked in with my broken permanent retainer digging into my gums (this was previous work that was done elsewhere) the staff was able to talk to Dr. Sipp and he was kind enough to stay and help me even though he was supposed to be on the way to his son's recital. I am still so grateful, it was pretty painful and I was expecting to have to wait to make an appointment. I have not had nearly this pleasant of an experience with dental related business in the past and would highly recommend this wonderful office to everyone - especially the people like myself that usually dread going to the dentist. I had a fantastic experience with the Dental Wellness Center of Florida. From the moment I first called, Jennifer at the front desk was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and professional. She made scheduling easy and was just as warm and welcoming in person.

Dr. Sip was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the unique jaw pain I was experiencing and went above and beyond to try and get to the root of the issue. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being were clear throughout the entire visit.

I thought Dr.Sip and his staff did a great job making me feel comfortable. I hadn't been to the dentist for about 8 years and was pretty scared about going because it had been so long. The last thing I wanted to hear was all the problems I "thought" I was going to have and I definitely didn't want to have shots, surgeries, or anything painful! Tina was the one that cleaned my teeth and she was very thorough and patient with me. Dr.Sip came in after and told me I had a few cavities he'd have to fix and when he fixed them, it was nothing like I thought it would be.
