I first came to Impressive Eyebrows about 3 years ago for my first microblading. My artist's name was MJ. I was very pleased with everything. I came back on Saturday September 6, 2025 for a touch up. Once again, I had MJ for my artists, and I was very pleased.

However, later on that evening I developed swelling at the top of both of my eyebrows. I followed the instructions that is on the aftercare sheet, which stated that if swelling occur to contact them immediately. So I did.

To my surprise I did not get a response until Monday morning. And that was in a text asking me, how was the swelling. By this time, not only am I disappointed, but I am angry. I'm thinking I was instructed to call you immediately, and you're responding almost 2 days later via text, I'm not even worthy of a phone call?

In my voice message and text message, I only asked for suggestions as to what to do. I did not ask to be seen... So after receiving the text message from them, I didn't even bother to respond. Instead, I called and asked to speak to the owner. I end up speaking with a guy whose name was mike. I expressed to him firmly my disappointment and anger...

At first he was polite and calm, but as I began to express my reason for how I felt, he called me disrespectful. And when I said to him, how have I disrespected you, he did not answer me. Instead he became very rude and disrespectful. In a very nasty tone, he told me that they do not respond to phone calls or text messages after 5 pm on Saturday and they do not respond until Monday morning. Then, I said you should state that on the instruction sheet. I further asked, would you consider putting that on the instruction sheet so that we would be aware of it. In a very rude tone, he said no. I also told him that if you're going to ask us to call you immediately if certain symptoms develop, you should have someone on call to respond to these concerns. His response was "that's stupid." He continue to say, "you're the only one that has ever complained about this."

By this time I have had it with him, I told him that he was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, and I hung up. I text him and reiterated how I felt about his conduct and I told him that I would never come back to that establishment again. I also told him that he needs to take some Customer Service and Business Communication courses.

I'm not convinced that. he was the owner. When I googled it, it said that the owner's name was Pranee Linder, it further stated that this was a Christian permanent makeup Academy. Well, he sure was a very poor reflection of Christ, from his interaction with me. I have never felt so disrespected, belittled, devalued and unappreciated by a business in all my life. I was actually giving them free advertisement, telling others about them... Not anymore, and I will never...

Crystal was exceptionally awesome with my today's visit. I received the combination that's adds hair density and adds fluffs with the shape I wanted. The procedure was painless and comforting. I received dark brown coloring and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. I can't wait till the healing process so I can do a touch up. I have to say that Everytime I messaged impressive eyebrows to reschedule. They were understanding and patient with me..I canceled twice, so thank you so much for being understanding. Crystal was also polite and answered all my concerns and I'm greatly appreciated with her. This is my first time getting my brows done so I'll be posting lots of pics. The overall appearance of the facility was extremely clean and well organized and comforting. I do recommend crystal for me future appointments. I appreciate everything and I'm excited to see my brows with full make up on. Thank you so much for all your hospitality. I'll see you soon. I'D GIVE IMPRESSIVE BROWS A 10....

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Impressive Brows, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! I opted for the combination eyebrows package, and I was thrilled with the results. What impressed me most was that I didn't feel pain at all maybe a slight sting but not really- the staff were genuinely focused on ensuring I was happy with my treatment.

What's more, their prices are very affordable, making it an excellent value for the quality of service you receive. I've already recommended Impressive Brows to friends and family and can't wait to go back for my next appointment!
