UPDATE 03/23: Not sure why I went again. I am part of their Cold Stone Club and had a BOGO for my birthday and their system was not pulling up the coupon. Due to their great (horrible) customer service, they said they can’t do anything. And this was me talking to the manager, Adrian Delarosa. I showed Adrian my profile and coupon and he still said he can’t do anything. I asked him why can’t he provide good customer service and just ring one ice cream like the coupon was for and he said no. He said all I can do is provide you with an email to contact the rewards club. Cold Stone let’s me down once again. Get a competent manager there. Two orders thrown away or whatever process you have, instead of us purchasing the ice creams for BOGO.

I went to get some ice cream for my family and noticed the new rules and regulations, which is okay. I started the process of ordering five ice creams with a non-friendly website. After about 20-25 minutes of putting the order and credit card information, the site kept denying my card that I knew nothing was wrong since I recently used it. When I finally got the attention of an employee I told them the website isn't taking my card. The employee wasn't sure what was wrong so he went inside. After he came back out he told me that the website doesn't take AMEX. Thank you for wasting my time. If you want to support local business and have amazing ice cream try REVOLUTIONARY ICE CREAM. Read moreMost of the time we come here and everything is fantastic. However, this previous Saturday (June 13th) we stopped by like usual at 10:15 pm. When we’re used to their old hours of 11 on weekends. We have come at that time before. The open sign was off but the hours posted stated it was open until 11. When we walked in, we were met with attitude that they were closed. When we mentioned the sign and everywhere else, we were today that they were closing early due to COVID?? Regardless of why they closed early, if they were closed, they NEED to lock the doors. The fact that we were able to walk in (they still had lights on) 15 min after when they were supposedly closed is amazing. You hear about many people getting hurt because their doors aren’t locked. Please make sure you lock your doors if you really are closed!! Every business does this due to safety and it would prevent others from just walking in if you’re busy doing closing duties. All-in-all, this experience was poor and there are some concerns as to why they closed early for one day and never locked the door or had posted signs. Please be careful, and next time, please post at least a paper stating the time change so we’re not met with surprise and attitude when we never meant for...

Yesterday the 14th I went to this location and there was one person ahead and 2 others just waiting on their online order.All 4 of us stood outside from 8-8:11pm with no one coming to the window to even ask if we needed to place or pick up. I placed my order and asked how long it would take as we were already waiting outside for a while the cashier said "about 10 minutes" ... her words not mine. Once it hit 8:30 i went back to the window to ask how much longer it would take and the blonde girl working last night literally decided to go back and forth with me as if she was the one standing outside since 8pm. Rude and not understanding at all.It still was not ready,I probably had to wait like 10 more minutes till they actually gave it to me.I spent good money at cold stone getting multiple add ons to be treated rudely and under appreciated... I honestly would hate to take my business to Baskin robbins but I will as I am sure they will not keep me waiting for over 30 minutes or literally argue with me in front of other customers.... and if a manger could contact me please I would love to discuss this...
