Let me begin by saying this organization is wonderful because it does Profit hospice care. Now on with the reason why they only deserve a one star rating. This is 1st and foremost a thrift store which therefore caters to the low income families in the community and elderly people on a fixed income! WELL their prices do not reflect their clientele. THIS STORE literally had a $100 marked on an American Girl doll play set that you could buy brand new online for a $150! I overheard 2 store employees; who keep in mind they are not employed they volunteer there to get 1st pick of donations; And it's voluntary they are not being paid! But I heard them say they want to make the store Boutique to charge higher prices!?!? they already do that the prices are unreal they literally had a $120 on a JC Penny Dishes set REALLY!?!?! brand new at Jc Penny would be on sale 40$ TOPS! The problem is they are afraid that resellers will come in by merchandise and flip it for a profit keep in mind the people doing that are probably single moms who need to work 2 jobs! But when all of your inventory is donated and your employees don't even get paid you are a charity organization that caters to the elderly and fixed income people of your area!!! you're really overstepping who you are and what you are supposed to do by charging ungodly prices that to me is badd Karna cause you're just as greedy as a people who come in looking for items to sell for profit. by doing this you take away from people who can't afford to shop other places so they depend on thrift stores you should be ashamed of yourself! So heads up people go to a clearance store and shop TJ Maxx Marshall's home goods go straight to JC Penney Kohl's you can get brand new items for the same price as what they are selling here also nordstrom rack you could buy a designer dress on clearance during red tag sale for $20 it isn't used! This store and this corporation...

Do not honor labeled price. Shoes are $5 unless specially marked. I brought a pair of shoes to the front and the lady working said that the shoes should have been marked but they weren't. She walked off to check another pair of shoes and those were also not marked. She said well if you want these shoes today they are going to be 21.99. Quite the price hike from the $5 displayed on the salesfloor. A good business would honor the advertised price and then fix the issue afterwards. Not change the price at the register. I told the lady to have a good day, left my stuff at the register and walked out. I'm very annoyed and tempted not to go back. If it wasn't for a good cause and if they didn't have some good items every now and then I would not go back. Watch out for a short lady with short brown hair who usually works the register. She was my cashier for this incident. On previous visits she is not overly nice and can be short with customers. The customer service at this store is sub par at best. Nice thrift store but is expensive. The reason many people go to a thrift store is for a good bargain! I'm an expert in the fashion industry. Have thrifed around the country. Live in Jupiter FL where we have incredible thrift stores. With real designer brands for a fraction of the price you guys are asking for your things. You will make a lot more money for the hospice if you price your items by category... Example Dresses $6.99 T-shirts $3 Blouses $5 Get the idea???
