I started attending Lisa’s Studio over 2 years ago and with each visit I leave a stronger person both mentally and physically. Lisa is one of those trainers who effortlessly gets you to push yourself just a bit more than what you thought you could handle. Lisa and her trainers are more concerned about your form than getting a million reps in; the trainers here really make sure that you're doing all the moves correctly. Even if you can't do an exercise, they're always able to customize something for you to do to build your foundation and improve your fitness. I'd always been a middle of the pack marathon and 50k runner but a hamstring injury had left me barely able to run 3 miles without significant pain. I started classes with Lisa 3 times a week and immediately fell in love with Bootcamp. The changes in my body were rapid and dramatic. Within a month, I was back to running comfortably. Within 3 months I was back to running marathons. Now, 8 months since starting Bootcamp, I've run my first 50 mile and 100 K race and am planning on running my first 100 mile race in January.
