Luxury Condos at Thousand Hills - Branson (Remodeled and Indoor Pool) — Local services in Branson

We have stayed at the Thousand Hills condos about 25-30 times over several decades with mostly good results. However, after our last stay, we are never going back and recommend you do the same. We should have known from check in that this stay might not go well. Here’s the gripe list. 1) Refrigerator did not work. We had to defrost overnight ourselves and ice maker still doesn’t work. 2) Master bedroom tv not working. Had to get a whole new cable. 3) No fan in extra bedroom and the one in master clicks constantly so you can’t sleep 4) Door lock code doesn’t work more than half the time 5) No Kleenex, just toilet paper and towels very old, thin, and frayed 6) Generally old overused carpet and worn out or broken and dirty furniture 7) Same with kitchen appliances and utensils. And I could go on. But the biggest gripe we have is that we complained by phone and wanted to move or get some kind of compensation. They never called back so I went to see the manager who was conveniently in a meeting and left my number to call us. He never did. All we got was a text saying he would call, and then another saying they hoped our stay was going perfect and was there anything they could do. What a joke! Three days of this avoiding talking to us. Trust me, we are from lower middle class/poor backgrounds and not super picky or complainers. But this place is not recommended and has terrible maintenance and people skills. Shop around, Branson has thousands of great choices for lodging but be sure to never use Thousand...

We have traveled to Branson over the past 10 years to visit. We have always stayed in hotels. This time we decided to stay at a Condo. Thousand Hills was who we chose. I cannot believe we have not always stayed here. These are the nicest, Cleanest, more comfortable place we have ever stayed in Branson. We stayed over Christmas. They took the time to Decorate entire condo with Xmas Decor. Made us feel like we where at Home away from Home. We will never anywhere but Thousand Hills Ever...

It was a nice place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. The owner called before our stay to give us a welcome and more information. That was great. The reason we booked this place was for the indoor pool and hot tub. There was possibly a water pipe break and the club house with the pools etc was closed for the majority of the week.
