Tonight, I ran into Greenlight because it was on my way home. To be really transparent, I normally don’t care much for this dispensary and stay pretty loyal to the one that I love across town. However, I had a far better experience tonight than I was expecting. That is because Anna was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her products. She got me a great deal on a vape (the core reps were in house passing out 20% off chips). I was only planning on buying an eighth of flower when I walked in. I was looking for a particular strain and had checked to make sure that it was in stock prior to my visit. She ended up convincing me to purchase a quarter since it was only about $10 more than the eighth was. Anna was extremely personable, she had a great attitude, and she was helpful and willing to share her knowledge. I’ve had a few back surgeries and have severe nerve damage. Since I already knew that the strain I was purchasing is my favorite uplifting sativa (it eases my pain without making me couch stuck), I wanted an indica for pain and sleep in a vape. I think she found a great compliment to my flower purchase to help me get a little rest. She was so kind and truly listened to me in order to know how to best meet my needs. She is an absolute gem and will make me more likely to visit this dispensary again!! Please give her kudos and thank her for me. She’s an awesome budtender!!! Read more“This experience left me feeling “RED light” from the moment i stepped onto the sales floor, the first impression was as though this particular bud-tender places little value on its products, services, or customers. From the start, the budtender made me feel as though I was interrupting a personal conversation with his coworker. When I expressed that I wasn’t interested in the first few products he randomly grabbed scanned and suggested, seemed they were all on the “top tiered priced” but not desired by myself! He treated me as though I was bothering him even more by dragging the sake out, rather than a customer needing and desiring a certain “outcome”, let alone deserving of his attention and respect. By the 4th rejection, I was so uncomfortable and anxious that I simply agreed to a product I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. The result was a purchase that cost far more than I anticipated, provided less product than expected, and delivered disappointing effects — leaving me both frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience. Maybe a quarterly review Training and Educating the bud-tenders would help ? Everyone should expand their knowledge on terps and cannabinoids, including a refresher on customer service...

And I've been back numerous times. The ONLY reason they aren't receiving 5 stars, is because of the pricing. Idk how much control they have over that.... They are a bigger chain. Perhaps, to keep more competitive - they'll look into their pricing. However, they do have great specials and discounts (that are applied, even multiple ones) Plus, every now and then- THE CAVE is there. Meaning, there's an opportunity to meet with all the vendors and get GREAT DEALS on products of your choice. I went in July (next one is August 23rd&24th) and saved a bunch of money. Not to mention that I received freebies, gifts, and merchandise. How fun that was. Definitely got me hooked. So, even the price "may" be a little bit more. WELL WORTH IT. The professionalism, very friendly along with being knowledgeable of their products , and not to mention - the numerous discounts and specials, they offer - are too many to list.
