Pure Tranquility Massage & Spa — Local services in Branson

A friend & I stopped by last Saturday (5/25/19) for a few different services. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, even with a few minor hiccups.

PROS

• Flexible, last minute scheduling • Friendly employees • Very soft massage beds • Well-kept building w/ lovely interior décor

CONS

• Associate (the nail tech) asked how much we'd like to tip vs allowing us to input it electronically or by writing it on a receipt. Uncomfortable interaction • Massage therapist wasn't aware I requested an ecofin treatment & unsure where to find the materials needed. I booked my very 1st massage here & it was with Joyce. It was a 30 minute therapeutic massage & it was $45. It was a great 1st experience, Joyce was wonderful! They do have accommodations for plus size bodies, if that was something you were concerned about like I was! Music was playing softly throughout my massage & I loved it! Joyce took the time to focus on the area's of my body (neck & upper back) that I mentioned I had been having the most pain in. I felt so much better after she massaged me. We had been traveling for 5 weeks on a vacation that was 7 weeks long. We have did 15 states and almost 5,000 mi. My husband's neck and shoulders were beginning to bother him, so I scheduled him a deep tissue massage. Reiterated to the young lady that he wanted a deep tissue massage. He even told her he was willing to call Uncle if it got too bad. LOL Unfortunately she didn't listen and he ended up getting basically a good rub down. Hence the four star review.
