Very unprofessional, No costumer service. Ordered some rock a week ago. We set up a delivery time 5 days after I ordered it. For them not to show up and then lie about it 3 times that day. Got sent a tex to call the operations manager which I did only to be told there was no rock in that size. My head spun! He Promised me delivery that next day and promised he would call to let me know the time of delivery.which was Wed. Neither one happened and another lie. The next day I call business phone and managers phone only to be ignored. I stated I wanted my money back since they can't deliver as promised. Crickets. So unprofessional they couldn't call. Come Friday I was getting ready to call again. Recieved a text that they gave me a refund. Something so easy as a delivery and they couldn't get it together to make that happen. This could have all been avoided if the girl that took my order knew they didn't have the rock I was needing and would have I formed me it would be a week or so. I would have been fine with that. But she choose to lie. Won't ever use them or recommend...

I visited this nursery on 12/14/24 and was the only customer there. After browsing the lot for a while and finding a tree that I liked, I went inside to ask a few questions, but the employee was talking on his cell phone. We stood at the front desk for a good 10 min with zero acknowledgment! We finally decided to leave and to hear the employee say “oh that’s just someone leaving!” I understand that sometimes phone calls can be lengthy, but at least acknowledge your customer. This nursery is around 2 hrs from my home and I’m always willing to drive for plants and I buy a lot of them. -Star. Not very friendly when you have a problem with plants that you purchased from them. You are treated like dirt, they just say we do not have even a day satisfaction guarantee on our plants. We purchased 12 plants and 2 were bad (dead soon after) and 4 others look pitiful, they did give us 1/2 off if we purchased a plant; but reminded us that they do not really care, they just cannot afford to back there plants, all purchases...
