Foey Foey Boba — Restaurant in Branson

Everything about this place is perfect, so perfect we came back twice in one day. I’ve had boba all over the country from Kansas City to California and this boba place wins by a complete landslide. There were traditional flavors which I always look for in a quality boba place and the boba was a perfect consistency and was warm when I first got it. There was also a watermelon flavor? Which was awesome because I’ve never been somewhere with a watermelon flavor and it’s my moms favorite flavor I had to save some for her to try. The owner was also absolutely amazing and the little ferret mascot is adorable. I wish I could pick this place up and bring it back home with me to Liberty! I will have to try more of the food, have only tried the crab rangoon. Love the owner, such a sweet lady and good with kids. The boba popping bubbles are pretty good. The pearl is a little too sweet or cinamon tasting overpowering the whole drink. I wish the milk teas were more natural tasting. They definitely taste powdery and artificial. Honeydew and strawberry milk tea should not be so florescently bright. I also fear that either not changing the oil or perhaps just preparing other foods so close to the drinks leave a scent on my drink. The drinks have potential to be good. I think I have to give up on the milk teas and try the fruit teas. I do not want to give up on this spot and hope to find something I like or see better quality ingredients in the future. At the time of writing this, we are in Branson for a family vacation and this little gem happens to be right nextdoor to our hotel. To say that the Boba tea is great is definitely an understatement! The tea flavors are delicious and the popping Boba is out of this world! However, what really makes this place so great, is the lady that makes these delicious beverages! She is super sweet and extremely personable. She takes her time, explains the different flavors, and is all around a great joy to deal with!
