Our daughter was married on Saturday 9/28. Parents of the couple live in Florida, Minnesota and Northern Illinois. Wedding had 260 guests. There were 9 bridesmaids and groomsmen. Cassey was simply amazing. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience. The decorations were exactly what my daughter and son-in-law envisioned. Any changes we requested at the last minute were made immediately. Cassey is both a decorator and day of coordinator. There is no possible way you should consider a wedding without her. Having Cassey as a coordinator was one of the best decisions made. She will take care of details big and small. She attended the rehearsal and was working so well with the priest that I thought she worked at the church. When we were introduced I felt immediately relieved knowing she was the person who would be with us all wedding day. She covered everything: kept makeup and hair timed, helped dad with suspenders 🤣, coordinated travel to the church, worked with all vendors to coordinate cocktail hour, dinner and desserts, pulled out socks, tide wipes chalk and any item we needed from a magic bag, but most of all worked with the bride and groom to assure that every single moment was perfect. We worked with Cassey from Forever and Always by Black Box Events for our wedding, and I truly cannot recommend her enough! We hired her as our day-of coordinator/decor/setup & teardown, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. From managing the timeline to coordinating vendors, she handled it all so we could just enjoy the day.

Cassey also took care of all our decorations. We rented our decor through her, and she was in charge of both the setup and teardown—which was a huge help. As someone who’s very Type A and usually has a hard time giving up control, I can honestly say Cassey made me feel completely at ease. I trusted her, and she absolutely delivered.
