Update on this vehicle, I will keep what I wrote previously because at the time of purchasing the vehicle, that was my experience with this dealer. It's been a little over 3 months since I purchased this vehicle, and I have purchased all types of vehicles from different dealers and never had to put a vehicle in the shop within 3 months of purchasing it. Yes, I understand things can go wrong with any car, especially used cars, but 3 months a vehicle I'm paying on. This has turned into a horrible purchase, first it started with a noise when starting the vehicle, then the coolant started leaking, and then when I turned on the heat, there was a loud sound coming from the dash. The dealer wanted me to bring the vehicle back to the lm to have it serviced. Uuuummm. No. You did not want to take anything off the price of the vehicle. I had to purchase the warranty myself because It didn't have one. I am so glad I purchased the warranty because if I didn't, I would probably be in court.
I started my search online for a vehicle and can across one I really liked. I sent a message, and from there, it was like talking with a family member. Mark went above and beyond with the customer service I received from him at Jasen Ford. He combed over every inch of this vehicle from how long they had the vehicle to the details in the trunk, I really believe he did not leave anything out. I purchased a truck from this dealership in March, and unfortunately, Iāve experienced several issues since then.
To be clear, I wasnāt expecting perfectionāitās an older vehicle. However, within the first week, I was already replacing bulbs. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. But before the end of the first month, both the āService Engineā and oil lights came on. I reached out to the dealership, but no help was offered. I was simply told the oil had been changed and to go by the sticker rather than the sensor. I ended up taking the truck to a shop for repairs, and the check engine issue was resolvedāthis was before my first payment was even due.
Most recently, I went in for an oil change after reaching the mileage listed on the sticker. I was informed that the previous shop had used an oversized bolt that couldnāt be removed, and I was once again told I would need to take the truck back in for additional repairs.
Iāve reached out to the dealership again and was told that management would be contacting me. I will update this review once that conversation takes place with the results.

Ronnie was very helpful, friendly, and basically made trading in our truck for a newer truck a "Breese". There was only one key for the truck and without us even asking Ronnie said that he would get another key ordered and let us know when it was ready. After a few days of driving the truck my husband noticed that the truck we purchased was in need of brakes on the rearr. When Ronnie called to let him know the second key was in my husband mentioned the brakes. Without question, once again Ronnie made it right. He set a time with my husband to, get this...COME TO OUR HOME WITH A LOANER CAR, PICKED UP THE TRUCK, HAD NEW REAR BRAKES PUT ON IT, AND THEN HE ALSO BROUGHT IT BACK TO OUR HOME THE FOLLOWING EVENING!! Talk about outstanding customer service! I have recieved good customer service before but my husband and I are absolutely amazed and could not be happier with the level of customer service that we have experienced in dealing with Ronnie.
