I wanted a bob cut and color of salt and pepper. I got blond highlights and a “fun” style. Hairstylist said to come back again for “low light” and the time after that we can try to get the gray look. I know I can get what I wanted in one trip. I am new to this area and will not be going back to this saloon. I am so disappointing as I really didn’t want to be a total blond. I did ask her to restyle it as it’s not a bob and she told me too late it’s already dried. She had no customers waiting; and it’s unprofessional to not give your customer what they want. I had a 10:15 a.m. appointment with Emily for a haircut. I was very excited as I have a wedding to attend in the next week. Well, I get there on time only to find that she is not even halfway through coloring her friend's hair. So I had to sit there for about 15 minutes as they went on and on annoyingly talking. It was obvious that since I was going to be a first time client, they may have thought i was going to do a no show. I called for a hair appt and was able to get in right away, which was a huge plus. Lorena was great! She talked to me before, during and after about the cut and my hair all without rushing. She talked to me about products and then tried them on my hair so I could see if I liked them before purchasing. Went back a week later and she did highlights and lowlights to blend my natural color with color I had previously experimented with. I could not be happier!
