I was wrong about Anglers Outlet I been going there for the time It open and to day I had the worse experience at a tackle store back on 3/24/2020 I came in and bought IL and Indiana license and he gave me Indiana license for the year of 2020 That was good for 7daysthat call me $35 and I brought it to his attention after I noticed it back on June Lake June 17th and I asked him can I get my license that I thought I got 420 21 he said no I'm going to take a 30 $35 off so I thought maybe I thought it was his fault for giving me the wrong license but he said it wasn't it was mine but I wouldn't want in there and bought an Indiana license for 7 days for $35 out of bottle one-day license if I was going in there any but I wouldn't I'll just get them all both for the year and he was so rude very very rude and I spend a lot of money in that place and then threw a pen at me which you know I'm glad I didn't get upset so I could do something to him I just walked out of store but I know one thing I will not ever ever get another penny in...

Highly disappointed, I wanted to get into a new hobby not knowing anything about fishing at all I called them looking to get a complete setup for 200 bucks (bait, rods, hooks, etc) as a very first BEGINNER I get there the older gentleman has a complete setup for me already everything BUT when he was caught up with another customer a different guy comes over and picks a different set up that costed 250 for just a rod and a caster not only for such a high price he gets me a BAIT CASTER AS A BEGINNER me not know that they get a crap tone of backlash once he finished my setup that brought me to a 288 total tell me that this will be everything I need and this a great bang for your buck, I pay I leave I found a spot FIRST CAST I get back lash after doing research I found out I got screwed I return next morning asking if I can get a spinning reel he tell me no refunds or exchanges WHAT A GUY GREAT WAY TO INTRODUCE A GUY TO...

Best tackle shop in the South Suburbs. Nice size tackle shop with literally just about anything you need. Staff can do everything from spin your reels or get you gear up with the right type of gear you need. I live local and have been going to place since I found out they were out here. The other tackle shop fishing connection in orland park is literally a 1/4 of the size and their claim to fame is since they have a shoe box size store for their merchandise. They only store "what works" on the shelves lmfao more like what they can fit..

BOTTOM LINE ANGLERS OUTLET IS ONE OF THE BEST TACKLE SHOPS IN THE SOUTH SUBURBS..
