Subway — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Don't bother ordering online for pickup or delivery. Just went in for a pickup order after having previous delivery issues, and didn't realize I needed a code to confirm my order, even after providing my name. I offered to show my credit card, and the worker seemed annoyed. I understand this is to prevent theft, but if staff is going to be rude about it, just don't offer the service and such to in store orders only. Previous experience: I ordered delivery through the website and didn't receive my chips. Paying $15 for one sandwich I wasn't happy that I'd have to either forgo the chips I paid for, or drive somewhere that I paid for delivery from. I called the store and the worker proceeded to argue that they don't offer delivery, after we got through the semantics of door dash doing the delivery, they still couldn't find my order, so I had to drive back with my receipt to get my chips. I really don't like complaining, I understand many places are short staffed, but paying that much for fast food which was not even put together well and then having staff argue about the services they offer was really upsetting especially because the whole reason I ordered delivery was that I wasn't...

I was just in today with my daughter terrible expierence we came in today July 12th at around 12 30 they have a incompetent worker whether he’s slow or not listening he was a young chubby boy in his 20s can’t get get the order right we kept repeating it five times They wouldn’t honor the free sandwich advertised on the door. Great restaurant, my boyfriend and I always visit at least once a week. The staff is super kind, and gets to know their frequent visitors. They are never afraid to strike up a conversation with customers- new or old. Extremely friendly staff. In particular, there's an aunt and niece who I see every time that make our experience awesome. They keep the store very neat and orderly. I have never had a bad sandwich here. They fill it to the brink of explosion every time, and take their time properly layering every ingredient.
