Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Bremen

This location (Bremen) is trash. ALL AROUND TRASH. Should be shut down completely. Employees are rude. Both times I've went in the 3 years I've lived here I've gotten very poor customer service. 1st time I was ordering through drive threw and after everything thing I said the girl ask "ok is that it"? and left the headset on so all I could hear was her cussing/goofing off with the other employees. So I stated that since it was conflicting with her conversation I would come in and order. As soon as I walked in (made eye contact) the front person ask the manager if she should go ahead and close lobby. Indicating that she wouldn't be taking my order. I let it be known I wasn't leaving until my order was taken. The manager took my order and told me he was sorry about what happen in drive threw "she's new". 🤣 Her being new or having worked there 20 yrs doesn't excuse the fact that she was rude and disrespectful. 2nd visit, I done my order online and paid for it with credit card. My total was $22 and some change. I got to the store and was told my total was $48 and some change. (I needed to pay the difference) when I ask why tf was there a $ 25 difference and was told the online menu is GrubHub's menu, it's different than stores menu. I had my kids so I didn't want them to wait even longer for food, nor did I feel up to making a scene on something that I didn't know for sure was correct. Boy when I got my receipt.... My burrito/ taco box that showed online was $10.89, was rung up as $18. I circled around to look at the menu board.... Low and behold SAME EXACT BOX SHOWED $10.89. My son's chalupa was $ 3.89 online and on the menu board was $5 on receipt. They refused to make it right sticking by the original excuse. Go to customer service to coming and get my $25 back.... Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. However, Bremen Taco Bell makes sure they ruin the experience everytime. And don't blame Covid or the work shortage, because this location had issues before all of this started 2 years ago.

Many times the lights are on but no one will come to the drive through.

Or they close early, or don't open.

Many times they have messed up my order.

Tonight takes the cake though - I pulled up to the drive through hoping to order dinner for my family. Instead I am told (by someone I am pretty sure is the manager) that they can not take my order for atleast 10 minutes, because they are too tired and need a break.

Well guess what? I worked 12 straight hours today, I am tired too, and just needed dinner! I can promise you that your job is not as strenuous as mine. If I decided I was too tired to work, I would be fired. And in my line of work, possibly arrested for not doing my job.

This location should just go ahead and close permanently since they refuse to serve the customers.

I really hate to leave such a bad review, but I am hoping the owner sees this as the store manager doesn't seem to care about the customers. Maybe the owner doesn't care either, I don't know. But this store really needs to get...

Stopped by the Henrico Fried Chicken location in Georgia recently, and overall the experience was pretty underwhelming. The biggest issue was the wait time—what should’ve been a quick stop turned into a 30+ minute ordeal. The staff seemed like they genuinely cared, but they were clearly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the orders and customers coming in. It felt like they were understaffed or unprepared for the rush.

The restaurant itself could definitely use some attention. Tables were dirty, trash bins were overflowing, and the overall setup felt a bit chaotic. There didn’t seem to be a clear system for handling orders, which just added to the confusion and delays.

One plus is that the location is fairly convenient—right off the highway, so it’s easy to get to if you're on a road trip or passing through. When I finally got my food, it was fine. Nothing to write home about, but consistent with what you'd expect from a fast food fried chicken spot. Hot, crispy, and seasoned decently.

If you’re in a pinch and really craving fried chicken, this place will do—but only if you’ve got time to wait. Hopefully they can get the staffing and cleanliness issues...
