Most horrible experiences I've ever had with a sign company. Called to order graphics. 2 emails, 2 calls and 2 weeks later, they still hadn't even started printing. Called another company out of the county and they had everything ready to pick up in less than a week. Since the company was from pierce county, they wouldn't come out to do the vinyl installs. Someone from graphic reflections offered to do the installs, I decided to give them one more chance and accepted. He said he would call on that Friday. Never happened. I called on Monday and heard an excuse about an employee. But he would call me that next week. Friday rolled around and I called at 4pm. He said someone would be out there Monday or wednesay the following week. No one ever showed up. I called again after a week and they said they would send someone over the next day. That installer finally showed up, just to call me and say they wouldn't be doing the install at all, because he "didn't want...

I am New to the area and needed a custom job putting a pirate logo on a Humidor for my boyfriend for Christmas. These guy's were absolutely amazing. The new exatcly what i wanted and made it better. The color i had originally picked for the logo was good but they suggested i go with another amd explained why. To match the accents on my box. It came out better than i had thought. It didn't take long either. I got a premium material and it was still $120 cheaper than what i am used to ( i am from California the land of no return and confusion, tax things for no reason). Everyone here is friendly and kind and extremely down to earth. They really do go out of thiet way to make what you want come to life just the way you want it or better. They have a customer for life outta me. I wish i knew how to post a picture of amazing job they did on the Humidor but cant find how to do it. They are a must for custom work!

I would definitely recommend Graphic Reflections. I had ordered t-shirts to be printed for our kid's soccer team and I ordered on kind of a short notice. I asked if we could at least get the coach's shirts done by the end of the week so that we could give to them as gifts for our party and Casey had all the shirts done for the whole team by Friday.

I am not a graphic designer but I do know how to do some digital art and what I appreciated the most was that they were up front and gave me their honest opinion on what I made. So I decided that they should be the one to design our team logo haha. Casey did an amazing job! Our whole team loved their shirts.

The best part of this experience is them allowing me to get my own shirts for them to print on and the cost of printing the shirts were very reasonable. Everyone was super nice, and were very willing to work with what we could. Very happy with my experience at Graphic...
