Matco Mattress — Local services in Brent

DON’T BUY HERE!!!!!!! I don’t know how this store have some many good reviews, because they have the worst service. I was on the store and bought a bed, which only comes with the headboard and some 3/4 woods in the middle of the bed. The saleswoman who was there told us to take a Metal Frame to give more support to the mattress. The metal frame only has a support in the middle! And it doesn't make any difference in bed, we can't even sleep in the bed because it was horrible! I went to MatressFirm and spend $300 in Boxsprings. The bed also has a very bad quality, the wood finish is horrible, we even cut the hand with the wood splinter. We spend so much money with the bed and frame, and we got things with poor quality, bad information and service. And on top of that, they don't return or do exchange, And I was told that it was my fault for not having bought a boxspring, but she didn't give me the correct information. Just don’t spend your money here, even Amazon have a lot of good options. It’s better to spend more money and have a good thing!!

First review ever!! But it’s worth my time. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in to purchasing our mattress the service was of impeccable and welcoming. The owner V gave us a tour of what he had in store and proposed several items based on our budget and needs. I loved that he also made suggestions for items that are below and above our budget but suite our needs… We took our time testing out the beds and feeling them for the best quality. He was very attentive and helpful in answering our questions; we are also new in town so he gave us great tips about the city. We left buying above our budget but we honestly do not regret it because the service is great and we got what we wanted ( he kept insisting we buy in our budget but we knew it was only right). We have been looking for a while now, his prices are great and delivery so far is the most affordable we have had. PS: We got king pillows for free! 🤗 If we needed more bed sets he will definitely be our go to guy! Make sure you stop by even if you are still looking, you won’t regret it.
