This Subway is usually an average experience but today was definitely the exception. I needed a quick drink so I could get back to my job across the street. Their was only one crew member available but I was not aware of that so I activated the door sensor while the crew member was helping other customers. I walked in and out maybe 4-5 times at most to try and get the attention of an associate in the back (if one was available) so that they could hopefully come help the line. I wouldve asked but the crew member was in the middle of helping a customer so I didn't want to be rude. The crew member looked up and and let me know that she was alone. I then smiled and apologized and proceeded to be very polite. She finished helping her current customer, moved to the next and was about to start cooking a sandwich in the oven. I politely asked then if she had time to quickly ring me up in between sandwiches cooking. I've had this done many times before and I asked very politely. She informed me that if I wouldn't have committed my "stunt" then she would help me but since I appently annoyed her, she was going to force me to wait. She was obviously trying to be disrespectful and rude when I hadn't acted rudely towards her at all. There nay have been a misunderstanding about the door sensor but I was polite the entire time. I even informed her she was doing a good job before she acted so rudely. I decided to leave as that was uncalled for. I told her to have a blessed day but unfortunately I did cuss in my phrasing and I am sorry about that. I cussed in my sentence but i did not cuss her out. Her name is Sarah. She had a bad attitude and decided to take it out on me. I can't in good honesty patron an establishment with that kind of service. I worked in minimum wage food service for 5 years and never treated a polite...

He claims he has cameras inside the store and doesnāt see the activity I complained about but Iām convinced heās either blind or jus dumb . I called and complained to cooperate only for them to tell me since itās locally owned I can either deal with the rude behavior or not eat there so I definitely be takin my money elsewhere. Never in my life have I had to wait 15 mins to be served only to have the girl thatās makin my sandwich damn near toss my sandwich into the toaster off of the heating pan. Employees Shanna (fat girl with glasses)(whoās boyfriend happens to sit in the establishment the ENTIRE time she works) and Shirley (Cheryl) (Older white lady)(Refused to give me coorperate number) will be the downfall of this store if they continue to work there. Other employees take cigarette breaks and will shut the entire store down jus to do so. Always on there phones in the back . The only good employee they have is Ms.CJ. Sheās a angel and they donāt deserve her. Subway will give a store to ANYONE...

When my sister went to order the sub creator was rude and nasty to her as well. She also didn't have on a name tag. My sister kept asking what her name was and the employee told her she didn't have to tell her her name. She didn't even have on a hair net or apron either. She then threw my sister's food and told her she didn't have to put up with her or serve her and told her to leave. My mom tried to order something for my littlest sister and she told her to get out too because she wasn't putting up with her or serving her either. She then started mocking her because she has a strong Asian accent. Completely uncalled for. Subway corporate AND WALMART CORPORATE will be notified about this...
