GameStop — Local services in Brent

Was in the store today and bought a Xbox one game for my son got home and had a scratch and would not load so went back and store had just closed and door was locked. There was another man standing outside after doors were locked and they unlocked and let him in so I proceeded to walk in where I was asked to leave. I have been buying from this store for awhile but after this I will return just to swap this game out and never return to this store again. I understand store had closed but you don't unlock for one to fix there problem and tell me your closed and asked to leave. Hope others will take there buisness to other stores where the manger will treat...

Hands down the best game stop in town. This is one of the only businesses I've been in that the staff is appears genuinely nice and friendly everytime I come in. Their knowledge of everything in the store is out standing and they are willing to go the extra mile for you. I bought an A20 headset and my wife decided she wanted one, so the manager called all over pensacola and even places in Santa rosa county trying to find another one he could have shipped to him for my wife. She ultimately decided she didn't want to wait but that doesnt change the fact that the employees of this store...

My advice is this... Come here to buy your games, especially used games, but don't make the mistake of trying to trade in what you got comma because it's kind of like going to a pawn shop. They're going to give you a very low price for what you bring in. It's the name of the game when it comes to reselling product. That being said, if you go into it expecting that, you'll find a lot of value here. And if you can stand their scripted attempts to upsell everything, because they're made to do that, you'll find that the staff are actually...
