This place finally got some new workers hired on that seems to be outside of the usual little family of workers that Im used to coming in and seeing working here. I stopped coming because I would here how ugly the staff was when they would talked very critical and judgemental about anybody that was apparently a new worker. it seemed that it would be a constant thing to hear every time we stopped in to have to hear constant gossip and it was very ugly and uninviting to say the least, but this time when my sister and I stopped in yesterday evening there was a very polite young man who treated us with some class and was very respectful, we never had to look for him once if there was something we needed and when we needed something he was already getting it or already had it for us on the table. Plus he didn't gossip about others or at least not right in front of us. We are please with his service and will actually come back here again because of him. thank you for your professionalism mr mat. Also earlier that week my mother stopped in for a togo order and your newest cook tim was a complete delight to be around as well. We really appreciate your newest members to your team even though your oldest cook and 1 of the servers that was doing all that gossip right in front of us is still working here, we will definitely be stopping back by if we notice those 2 guys are working the next time we pass through. Thank you for the new set of faces in this service that you all have hired. Please keep it up. Shout out...
Read moreCalled 2 times with no answer pulled up to the waffle house and someone was on the phone. Was not wanting to make multiple trips and because of a foot injury. Over a 20 minute. Set in the parking lot called every 5 minutes 4 calls watching watching an employee on the store phone and my calls going straight to a voicemail repeatedly. Just completely ignored the fact that a customer was calling repeatedly. I guess whoever he was talking to was definitely more important than taking care of any customers or receiving any orders for the store. Finally had to go inside the only 2 customers were eating. None waiting on food. The waitress stopped me trying to make an order and said "hold on let me get caught up" before completely dissapearing. After another 5 minutes of waiting my order was finally taken. No other food was being cooked but somehow still was by faaaaaaaaar the longest I've ever waited on an order from waffle house, and probably could of actually lit my grill at home and waited on the charcoal to get ready and cooked on it and been done eating by the time I hopefully eventually receive my order. My first call from home was about 10:15 it's 10:52 now sitting and waiting still on a hashbrown bowl. .... 10:56 .. ... 10:58.... and 43 minutes 6 ignored phone calls...
Read moreI called in to this location this morning. The woman who took my order said 5 minutes. I get there in 10. So when I got there my food wasn’t ready but I went on ahead and paid anyways while waiting for my food. I noticed that there’s a sign that says they charge 10% fee for the server who took the order and another 10% for to go supplies. Which in my opinion is ridiculous. So while paying, I didn’t leave an additional tip, because 10% is already high enough for a pick up order. Now when this lady notices it, you can tell she said something to another worker about me not tipping twice. So while this is happening a man walked in and orders just as much food that I had ordered on the phone 10-15 minutes prior. About 5-8 minutes after that, his food was ready and was out the door. So now I ask someone hey, I called in my order over 20 minutes ago and this just just walked in to place his order and he’s already gone. Now they wanted to act like they didn’t know why. When they knew why. Her attitude and stares were uncalled for. Very unprofessional. This worker need to realize that no matter the size of the tip, they need to treat each customer with respect. This workers name was Henrietta and her...
