Stopped by Saturday evening to get a Whopper meal. It took a bit of time 13 minutes to get from the speaker to the window and I was asked to pull around immediately after paying, I politely explained that I wasn't going to do so this time because my food wasnt fresh the last three times and I'd like to wait at the window to verify the food was fresh. That way if there were any issues, I wouldn't have to go inside. (I'm going through the drive through for a reason!) Fair? Yes
When my order did come to me after another 5 minutes, guess what? Old fries and not even half way filled, burger dry and missing onion, mayo and ketchup. I asked for the store manager (usually in a blue shirt that was there I saw him myself) was told that he wasn't there, called her on the lie by pointing directly to him and she said very rudely, what's wrong with your order? Your running up my drive time. I said that I was sorry that I was but explained that I would be gone by now if the order was correct and fresh like I had asked. So I told her that I'll move so that others can get their food and I'd be inside to speak with the manager after calling corporate on her and mentioned her name and description and drove around. When I came inside she apologized but only because she knew she messed up big time and came across a customer that actually cares how they're treated. I told her that I'm rejecting the apology because it wasn't genuine. As I spoke with the store manager, he explained that he was short staffed and it would be about two weeks before there would be a noticeable difference in the food and time. TWO WEEKS?! are you serious? You're job is to run the store properly and the best you can do is two weeks? Id have that store running like a well oiled machine in three days! My order was your basic Whopper meal fresh burger and fries and a Sprite a d you say it'll be two weeks before it's fixed properly?! Wow. Anyways. I went back today, 3 days later and the drive time was longer, I asked specifically for fresh food and said that I had a bad experience with this one a few days ago and I wanted to see an improvement in quality. It took longer to get to the window and the quality was worse!!! This time the burger made proper, but still not a fresh Patty, old fries they were salted perfectly but still old, and there were extra people but still had a 20 minutes wait for 4cars? Again the manager was there and I mentioned that I was contacting the corporate office and giving a bad review on Google, his eyes got huge, started to sweat bullets and a change in tone to be more agressive, not the type of guy you want in your store as a lead example. My thoughts are to fix this, they need to have a pep talk ten minutes before the opening of the day and recap for each shift to see where their strengths and weaknesses are to improve. By the end of the week I would like to have a fresh Whopper and fries and a proper amount of ice to drink ratio as the company intended it.
If I can't achieve this simple order, the meals will start to be refunded and the complaint will...
Read moreIf i could this Burger King negative stars I WOULD!!! Its clear that the workers either lack the skills to be in the customer service, or they just don't care. Its also evident that this location is lacking basic leadership as evidenced by beyond poor customer service and performance, as well as, how to prepare quality food (I speak from multiple experiences with this location). My experience tonight was the last straw for me with good ole BK! I ordered $26.61 worth of food.... And didn't even recieve half of what i ordered. When i pulled up to pay they had fries sitting under the warmer ( which is standard, i get it)... But after sittiing at the window for over 10 mins... Still no food, no drinks, and havent even been given my debit card back.... The two woman working the window couldn't care less, they were too busy on their phones to even know what was going on, people in line behind me started jist pulling off and leaving. I see what looks to be the shift manager who was standing in the back eating on the line... One young man putting food together ( the only one working, good for you young man), while the other 3 ladies just stood around. No manners at the window whatsoever, then after finally getting my food or should i say damn near slung through the window, the lady walked away from the window so fast she didnt even know she didnt return my card. Now ive been sitting in this drive thru for far too long, I have 5 kids who have had a very long day, and I just knew i should have checked my order, yet i was just ready to go. When pulling off I saw they gave me the ancient fries from under the warmer, and when i get home (5mins later) i am passing out food to hungry kids and half of my damn order isnt even there! I called them using the number on my receipt, i asked to speak with a manager so that i could discuss my missing food items. The lady who answered said "she busy" in the rudest of tones, i replied "thats fine, ill wait", then she hung up on me. Im not a hostile person even in moments like this...so i placed another call which at this point has now been my 7th call in bc nobody would answer the previous calls i made. The same lady answered, so again i asked if i could speak with the manager on duty and she hung the phone up again. Again i called, it was answered then hung up, i called yet again, and recieved nothing but a busy signal. This is the poorest level of customer service I have ever reciever and ive seen some pretty shady things in my life. We (customers) are the reason they have a job, if you dont desire this line of work then leave. If I was the owner of this establishment none of my employees would provide service like this! It starts with the top of the leadership in companies like this... Piss poor leadership only breeds piss poor workers and environment.... And that my...
Read moreI would not give this place any stars at all. the only reason you see one is because I don't know a way of posting this review without leaving at least one. My visit was a disgust to me. I ordered a two sandwich special for $6 and waited almost 5 minutes for sandwiches that I know take one minute to make. I know this because I worked for Burger King for years. I was asked by the manager on duty what my order was and she took a look at my receipt and made a comment about how frustrated I seemed. This was not helpful. I let her know that I was not going to appear happy because I simply was not. She responded that this wasn't her problem. I then noted that someone handed her a bag from behind the bagging area in the kitchen. In other words, she did not bag my order in front of me. This is not typical. You can typically watch your food being prepared and bagged in front of you if you are standing in the right location. I was very upset. But i turned to leave and was outside about to jump on my e-bike and head home. This same manager followed me outside with two other employees and inquired as to who serviced me. At first I was confused by her question until she explained that she asked her employees who took my order and according to them, my order was never taken. At this point, I am beyond upset. She claims she can check the camera. I invited her to do just that and if there was any further problem, I would call the police for her. Again, she had a complaint about the way I was addressing her, took a defensive pose saying do not come at me that way. Needless to say at that point I could've cared less about what kind of respect she thought she deserved. I cursed her out along with the other employees that were with her. Her final words to me was that I was homeless and hungry and i should go eat my food. First, I am not homeless. I have a decent job and considering what I know about Burger King, I am certain I make as much per year as she does of not more. Secondly, I don't even look homeless. Lastly, I threw that food away. I doubt that it was prepared in any sanitary manner. And if this establishment was worth its salt, they would realize that any customer is a customer and deserves the same amount of respect that they think you deserve. I would never visit this restaurant again. This is not over. Come first thing Monday morning, I am making it my business to make a lot of phone calls until I get some satisfactory result as consequences for this manager...
