Was not greeted coming in store at all. Went to pick up a script of medicine. Waited about 15 minutes in line at the pharmacy .after picking up my prescription I used the restroom as my boyfriend waited outside at the tables by lottery ticket machines. As I walked out restroom we were both stopped by the manager DAN accompanied by an officer , I don't remember his name. I was asked if we could have a quick conversation which I said yes too. I was told a female that fit my description left a purse there a few weeks ago. I said for one. I don't use purses I carry around a backpack, and have not been in that location for over a month if not longer. He then proceeded to ask if we could have a conversation inside and talk more about it. Which once again I agreed.. once inside he once again mentioned the purse but then he said there were syringes left in there and an employee went inside looking for contact information and ended up getting stuck by a syringe. Once again I insisted that I do not leave a purse there and was not in that location for a while also did not have the hair color I currently have . I told him I understand why he is asking and is concern for the employees health. But once again that it was not mine and I cannot help provide the answers they were looking for. DAN insisted that there was video of me and my three other employees also brought it to his attention that it was me. The office in the room also was asking why my boyfriend about his medication . I proceeded to let Dan insist it was me on video and all I do is a hand gesture to like tell him speed it up. He then sarcastically apologized I'm sorry for holding us up which then I said we have absolutely nothing to do but once again you have the wrong person. Unless refusing to then let us out of the office. The officer and then calls for his backup because apparently my 5 ft 2 120 lb body is so intimating . Once officer swick comes in my boyfriend and him have a quick conversation and asked officer swick if I look like the female in question. Within 5 seconds not even he works at all of them and says no this is not Her at all. I immediately jumped out of the chair I wanted to leave Dan tried to have a conversation some more the officer slick opened the door and proceeded to let us out. As we were leaving the parking lot another employee came onto my boyfriend and asked him if he was somebody from an incident beforehand also and called officer swick to us once more. My boyfriend explains that situation and told us to go on and have a good day. But not employee literally grinding his teeth threatening my boyfriend. I have never been accused of anything like this in my life or in a situation like this and I do understand the reason to stop me and ask questions. But the way Dan handled the whole situation and...
Read moreI’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location. I had a card from my eye doctor that was a free 30 day trial for eye drops and they insisted that it must be processed by the insurance. Yet I took it to another GE pharmacy to fill and they did it just fine. I went here to get another prescription filled that I requested online. I come to pick it up and they inform me that there is a problem with the insurance. Would’ve been nice to know before I drove out of my way. I mean is it to much to ask that you call or email or something to let me know what’s going on? Every time I got there it’s something else. It’s nearly impossible for me to get a prescription filled. Yet I go to other GE pharmacy’s and have no problem at all. Not to mention the staff here is extremely unprofessional. Read moreI shop at this store every week. I receive excellent customer service at the desk. When there is an error, they always take care of it. Never an issue with anything. I always encounter pleasant people at the deli! I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about. And I can say that the cashiers, customer service, manager, baggers, etc....all excellent customer service. They are always pleasant with me. And I know great customer service because I take almost 4500 customer service phone calls a month! Maybe if YOU the customer would smile and be pleasant...and not look at the people that work there as your slaves who need to bow down to you every time you go there because YOU are the "customer"..maybe if you treated that person a little more human...yeah...maybe you might just walk away with a different experience.
