I began using Damico about a year ago for scans and prints of my art work. Two of my original paintings were damaged when I picked them up from being scanned. The paint was scraped off in the upper corners. This was very upsetting since I’d never had to repair and a painting that had been varnished and I was on deadline for a festival. Michael made good on this issue so I continued to use them. Today I picked up prints and was shorted two from my order. When I got home to package them I discovered that they were not trimmed properly and would not fit in the mats or sleeves. The women working the front are wonderful and have been great about trying to resolve issues. However the production seems to have no quality control. I referred a friend who ordered numerous prints of her artwork and now has been there 4 times trying to resolve issues...

My wife and I highly recommend the guys at Damico frame and art. Every time we have contacted them everyone was very kind. I had them print and frame both our kids newborn pictures. The first set We went into the store and Michael helped us with printing and framing options. He gave us a turn around time and it was completed before that date. Almost 2 years later we contacted them again to do our sons newborn pictures. We worked together through email and did not even have to go in. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else to have prints made of my paintings. Staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The print quality is better than I could have imagined possible. Damico scans in the paintings, and color corrects it to look identical to the original piece. Even captures the smallest details I never even knew existed. They are just amazing. Not only is the quality amazing, but their efforts and work is very professional. They are reliable and hard working.
