They are the rule and the rule changes every day depending on who is manning that day. Today they called on police on me and my 6 yrs old stating trespassing. His crime was he wanted to be on zip line which ofcourse he has done it so many times in the past.
The scale to measure is 48 and he is 47.8888 inch but the faulty one which they have put in is slightly higher mostly 48.8888. Carpentry error and wrong leveling. So today they decided not to allow him on zip line as she is not in mood. The poor kid cried today as the staff (who calls her self assistant manager - mostly a 15 yr teen). I tried to reason it with them that they allow him on the zipline as he has done it a hundred times in the past. He is borderline. But no. That is not to be as they are in mood to enforce the law. As if its not zipline but a pancreatic cancer operation and scale has to 100% correct or else the patient would die. And it is frustrating as a parent when one day u come with your kid and all is good and the other day out of bluemoon the rule goddess will descend. Thing of heart ache of that six yr. She called her boss whon is again another tin mostly 15 and half. And she canceled the membership. I asked for full refund and told her by her logic they endangered my kids life in the past. And she canceled the membership and called on the police.
This is the worst place to send the kids to play. The staff are rude, lack common sense, too much attitude, arrogant and hint of racial bias. And the management is non existent. Kids running the place and they are rule to themselves. You can't complain nor you have any rights. Her way or highway. Shifty arrogant Sierra who calls herself some kind of manager is the one who should be fired from job for miss handlingand miss treating patrons. Instead of firing her she has been given authority to cancel membership and call police on my kid. 44$ for what? For this bullying and tolerating mindless attitude of teens running the show? Learn to be humans first. Don't behave like robot's because u r...
Read moremy grandson is a member and has been every since the covid outbreak. It was a great place for him to go and still interact with other children, and it was great. Lately the experience at Urban Air hasn't been that great. One of the attractions( the game where the children duck or jump) has been broken down for app 8 months, and management seems to be ok with it being down. Then my grandson loves going into the dodgeball attraction. Last week my grandson and his cousin, who's also a member went to Urban Air and there were only two, hear me now, only (2) balls in the dodgeball attraction. From about 4 until close.( not the first time.) I asked the young lady who was managing that day about more balls, and she stated that they couldn't get them until closing because she wasn't going to go under there and get a concussion because people were still jumping. I understood that, and my problem was not with the young lady that was there trying to manage the place. When I approached her she looked as if she was already about to burst into tears, so I didn't push the issue. I do hold contempt to upper management whomever that maybe in cooperate for lack of real training. Why not close the attraction down for ten minutes go under( I would've done it for them) get the balls then reopen the attraction. Then the players would've had maybe 6 balls'. It's just been sad to see how far this place has digressed since we became members. It's so bad that this past weekend. My grandson and his cousin went to defy, which is about 3 minutes farther up the road. As much as we used to enjoy Urban Air, I'm am really considering moving his...
Read moreI am deeply disappointed by the experience my child and others from their summer camp had at Urban Air Cool Springs on yesterday June 6,2025. During their field trip, several African American children — including my own — were subjected to racial slurs and aggressive behavior by a group of white children. This was not just inappropriate — it was traumatic.
What’s even more disturbing is the Urban Air staff's response. The incident was reported immediately, yet staff members failed to take meaningful action to protect or support the children affected. Their lack of intervention allowed the harmful behavior to continue, making it clear that safety and accountability were not priorities in this situation.
As a result, the summer camp made the difficult but necessary decision to cut the trip short and leave the premises early. Our children not only felt unsafe — some left emotionally shaken and mentally impacted by the racism they were forced to witness and endure. This kind of experience should never happen, especially in a space marketed as family-friendly and fun.
Urban Air must take responsibility for the environment they allow within their facility. Ignoring racism is enabling it. I sincerely hope this location reflects deeply on this incident and takes immediate steps to ensure something like this never happens again.
As parents and staff, we are incredibly proud of how our children carried themselves during this painful situation. We fully support them and want to make it clear: we will do anything necessary to ensure their physical and mental health remains a priority —...
