One of the worst experiences EVER, and I stay in a lot of Marriott hotels. They do NOT honor the Bonvoy guarantee. They told me they would update my reservation to the complimentary room upgrade, per my status, but didn’t. When I arrived, the check in took way longer than it should have considering I started the check in online, and I had to “prove” I already chatted with someone via the chat at the hotel who confirmed the room would be upgraded. They only offer the complimentary water to platinum members and above. He seriously said I could pay $2 for water. Also, there were literally kids EVERYWHERE. I didn’t sleep good one night at all and I was there for 4 days. I called the desk 4 times to complain. One time I was told someone would call me to determine where the kids were located in the hotel to move me. No one ever called. The other 3 times they said they would go to the room above me to address the concern but it continued all night. It such a miserable stay! They only had a variety of breakfast one day. One day the bacon was burned and they kept replenishing it with more burned bacon. The other days they only has continental breakfast, overcooked turkey sausage and pork sausage and biscuits. The hotel itself is bright, with a huge 2-story mezzanine upon entry containing the check in area, the breakfast area (where they serve breakfast daily), and collaboration areas throughout the lobby area.
The gym is a decent size and has the latest cardio equipment and is a decent size (see photos).
Thanks to my Titanium Status, I was upgraded to a suite, with a separate bedroom and living/office area. Bed was the Fairfield standard issue, but the pillows were particularly comfortable. There were plenty of lights throughout the room that kept it bright (thank goodness, lots of hotel rooms have a lack of lighting). Furniture was very functional and lots of hooks throughout the room to hang jackets and other articles.
Bathroom - new, with a nice shower - great temperature and water pressure.

Arrived at almost midnight so we didn’t make it down for breakfast until 9:40 and it closes at 9:30 my fault I understand but when I asked for just a cup to get some juice, I was rudely reminded that breakfast is over at 9:30 and the person made me feel bad for even asking. I then asked for a late check out being Gold Elite member supposed to be part of the perk but was refused once again rudely for even asking. I told them we would try to make it out as quickly as possible and I guess that was not good enough so the girl called the manager on his day off and he told us we would have to pay for another day if we wanted to stay longer. I paid for a day and was only there for 11 hours treated rudely in multiple areas and I will never stay there again and considering a different hotel chain to do business with in the future. The bad part is I have stayed with Marriott so many years and have achieved Gold Elite status for the last 10 years and that is how they value my loyalty. Pass on any future business or loyalty.
