Iâve purchased from this store for years (ie helped the owner profit). The staff is REALLY GREAT and NORMALLY someone in back offers to take/carry bottle(s) for you. Today at 4:20om the male who was straightening products on shelves, did not offer assistance.
Not the employees fault I was clumsy, only his fault not asking if I needed help. But I didnât foresee myself knocking another bottle over and thus paying ($15) so Roccoâs didnât lose money! I only lost money. Itâs their âyou break you buy ruleâ which was a deciding factor on our household and others Iâve shared this story with, who wonât be supporting this store any longer.

I drove several miles to purchase quite a bit of wine and they had 1 bottle. Had they answered the phone I would not have gone there for only 1 bottle. The cashier was rude when I asked questions. Called a few months ago and they wouldn't give prices over the phone. They get one star for selection, but after driving so far and being treated like she was doing me a favor, think I'll find another store to patronize.
