Super bubbles laundromat, 1050 East Main St., Bridgeport, CT. I was in your laundromat Wednesday, March 26, 2025. I got there around 9:30 AM and I was using the supersize large washer. I’ve come to your laundromat a couple of times and I like how clean it is how organized it is etc. but this particular morning on Wednesday, March 20 625 at 9:40 AM I was putting one coin in the machine and wasn’t what wasn’t paying attention that it was not working, so I opened up machine door and started taking my laundry out and putting it in London another monument you come this lady who said this machine is not working Loud, not with a soft voice no apologies, there’s no sign on this machine stating that it’s not working. Then the lady walked away and bubble something under her breath which prompt me to stay to her. There should’ve been a sign 🪧 on the machine stating it was not working.mind you I was not paying attention. I’m just trying to wash my clothes I have other responsibilities I have to do that day. I was just trying to watch a Photos and get this out of my way. Then the lady started arguing with me yelling at me and I started yeah yelling back to which I normally do not do, it’s early in the morning. It was not my plan to argue with this woman I didn’t even know she worked at the place. I thought she was a customer. I asked for the manager. She stated that she is the supervisor. I asked her with the supervisor for phone number. She stated she’s the supervisor then she went to Gala, grocery store and get two tall, big security, man, people, and then called the police on me. I left the building with no fuss, no arguments and explain to the police The situation that the woman should have put up a sign stating the machine was not working and not get an attitude with me as a customer not that the customer is always right what’s the principle behind it? It’s the principal behind in this she shouldn’t of got an attitude when she walked away she should’ve made me feel stupid. She should not have called 2 large security people from Gala grocery store on me - and then called Police on me - I’m not a violent person again. I am not a violent person. I don’t have a criminal record. I’ve never been in jail and I usually don’t argue with anyone. i’m just a woman was almost 60. When I heard about the new laundromat opening up, I thought it was a great idea. I was greeted when I arrived and staff was very nice. My dryer had just broken down, so I thought I could wash my clothes at home and then just bring them to the laundromat to be dried. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to use there machine’s. Even though I was a paying customer. The attendant said that I wasn’t allowed to use the dryer because I didn’t wash my clothes in there machine’s and was told to go elsewhere to dry my clothes.
