I ordered a beautiful elegant pink rose bouquet in a keepsake teacup for my lifelong childhood friend. I placed my order online and what I thought was going to be delivered is shown in the first photo and the second photo is what was actually delivered. The recipient was pleased and said it was very pretty but it most definitely was NOT what I ordered or as elegant as what I paid for. 😔

My suggestion for anybody ordering from this florist would be to call and place your order over the phone with them and confirm that what is going to be delivered is exactly like what they are showing you they offer on their website.

Or better yet order from a different florist who actually delivers what they advertise.

I used to work at a florist so I understand floral design concept. What I absolutely do not understand is showing a photo of a product you are offering if you can't make exactly what is in the photo or at least very similar. Basically that's false...

This flower shop is absolutely wonderful! I had an arrangement delivered to a dear elderly friend, and when I learned she had just moved, the shop went above and beyond to make sure the flowers still reached her. The delivery driver was so kind and thoughtful, and the staff at the shop were incredibly caring and attentive. They truly put their heart into what they do, and it shows! The flowers were beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the kindness they showed made such a difference. I’ll continue to use this shop for all my orders and recommend them to anyone looking for a florist that genuinely cares about...

Very disappointed in the flowers that I ordered and asked specifically for red and white carnations and got white ( half dead daisies) there was two stems of small red and two stems of small white carnations.....I would have paid more if I thought the arrangements would be nicer...however, I thought I paid way too much for what I got .. No greens in the vase and half dead flowers .... pita full . Thanks for the funeral flowers...
