I would give them 10 out of 5 if possible. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had the furnace I needed in stock at the best price out of the 3 places I called. When I put the address in my phone it had me arriving 12 minutes after their closing time. So I called them since they were over an hour away to ask if I should still come since I wouldn’t be there until after they close. The gentleman I spoke to told me it wasn’t a problem and that he would be there. I was blown away by their friendly attitude and willingness to stay late on a Saturday to help me out. When I arrived even though they were closed he did not rush me at all and took the time to give me advise and pick out the items I needed to complete the install. Went there for a hard to find pipe. Realized when i got home i was given the wrong one. (It was an honest mistake) They tracked down the correct one, got it cut and met me half way (i live about 45 minutes away) with the correct one. On a Saturday, right at closing time. 10/10 will recommend...
