It was crazy for awhile and I felt bad for the staff. It appears that things have calmed down and the pharmacy is back on track and have figured out a system. Thanks to the CVS pharmacy staff that deal with the most obnoxious people and just keep moving and doing the best they can to accommodate everyone. I personally work in healthcare and I get phone calls everyday that say “refill my medications now! I am completely out” and the pharmacy deals with most of that backlash. Which can all be avoided if grown adults kept track of their medications and didn’t allow themselves to run out when they need an approval from the doctor for refills, and sometimes, that’s just not possible.
