Full Circle Wellness Center — Local services in Brigham City

Full Circle is such an amazing addition to downtown Brigham. They are inclusive, accepting and just make you feel at home no matter which practitioner you see. I have had the pleasure of working directly with Jess (the owner) on multiple projects, but had her personally as my doula and when I tell you that was the best decision I could have ever made I mean it. This amazing woman stayed with me (while being in the early stages of her own pregnancy and if you know how tiring that is alone, you KNOW) through my incredibly long labor and smiled and provided the space, comfort, support and healing energy I needed to get through the long journey. During my pregnancy she performed reiki on me and I still talk about it as one of the most life changing moments for me stepping into the role of being a mother. Jess was born to do what she does and as scared as I was, she held me (literally) when I didn't think I could make it through and encouraged me every step of the way. I honestly couldn't have done it without her on my birth team. She has become one of my closest friends in the process and to know her is to love her. I can go on and on and on about the amazing services offered at this amazing healing space, but I'll say this. If you haven't experienced just one service provided here, please do! From reiki to cold plunges, to foot zoning and a sauna this place does wonders for mine and my husbands mental and physical health. We always leave here feeling refreshed and changed in so many ways that it's impossible not to want to keep coming back. If you ever need an excuse to take care of yourself, let this be the space that helps...

This post is for someone that went recently and shared their experience with me & would like to remain anonymous. While I understand that foot zoning can be a relaxing experience and could help with chronic pain, my relative's experience was uncomfortable. Shallen make remarks that they were "mad at God" and hold "bad energy from others". Rather than it being a relaxing experience as one of many resorts to resolve an ongoing issue, the topic of religion and their beliefs was questioned to a degree that they left angry and disappointed. They had expected a better outcome due to having heard that foot zoning could do remarkable things. However, the religious talk & still having to pay $120 to have their "energy" moved around completely turned them...

I go to the Full Circle Wellness Center for multiple reasons and always love my time there!

Yuka Warner gives the best deep tissue massage in town! Plus she is so sweet! She cares so much about all her clients!

Jason Gubler is my Physical Therapist and he has helped me so much with my arm and foot pain. He is very knowledgeable and kind. His goal with all his clients is to help get rid of pain and find at home exercises to help that process go faster.
