In my opinion, this company is all about their employees. This company happens to be the very first company to give holiday pay to birthdays. They treat these employees very well. The only thing I would change is the pay. The pay could be about $3 more employees. This is hard work, and they do bust their balls. No point intended. The pay could be higher.
