Worst service I have ever had renting equipment.i reserved a mini x and when I got there to pick it up they were changing the oil on it for almost an hour. Then when I got it off the trailer to use it only one of the tracks would work correctly and the other would only move if I had the working one moving full speed causing it to not turn one direction. I tried to use it but just wastes a lot of my time not to mention it tore the hell out of my lawn.Was a pain to get back on the trailer also. When I got it back to the store i asked them to give me a better deal because it wasted a lot of my time and didn't function correctly they gave me an attitude back and told me I was wasting their time. The staff here is always friendly and very informative. They just recently became an outlet for a variety of Freeze Driers including accessories and if they don't have a related product in stock they will special order anything you need. Only place I will have keys made because they actually work and in the event they don't they will keep trying until they get it right. They no longer carry livestock but offer products to accommodate your own. Mostly focused on tools and hardware rather than feed with a surprisingly large selection for such a small building and prices are very reasonable. Always my first choice when shopping...

I've been to Southfork Hardware, Brigham City, twice in the last week. Both times, I was helped by the same young man. Best customer service I have ever had. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient (both times I came in he was cleaning animal cages/tanks).
