Dream Factory Boutique — Local services in Brighton Charter Township

My experience with the Dream Factory was more of a nightmare than a dream to say the least. I was greeted by a surly, unhappy person who obviously had something better to do than her job, and did not want anyone in the store. I asked a question about a particular product and the answer was a short "I don't know" accompanied by an icy stare. I then asked to see another product behind the counter, which she quickly grabbed and slammed on the counter in front of me, then she proceeded to stare off into space, with her arms folded in front of her. Her demeanor was simply appalling; constant heavy sighing and rolling her eyes at the customers every time she was spoken to. She did not want anyone in the store, and she wanted everyone to know it. Even so, I did actually make a purchase, started out the door then realized I'd forgotten something. When I walked back into the store, this woman literally threw her hands in the air, and walked away from me with a another heavy sigh. She may just as well have said "WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW?!" Her body language said it loud and clear. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had or heard of in my entire life....

I went to the Dream Factory to buy a vaporizer for my father in law for Christmas 18'. The owner seemed helpful and knowledgeable but he ended up selling me a vaporizer that didn't work. My father in law lives out of state and didn't try to use the vaporizer until after he returned home only to find out it didn't work. We went to visit my father i law last weekend and i got the vaporizer from him after ruling out user error. I brought it back to the dream factory with hopes of an exchange or refund. the owner was unreasonable and basically said too bad. I would not recommend going here unless you need something simple. I am surpassed this place has been in business as long as it has. I have wrote the manufacture of the vaporizer with hopes that they will warranty their product like they...
